ARTICULO 74 . BIENES MUEBLES DADOS DE BAJA. Los bienes dados de baja, así como el papel inservible serán dados en venta por el Instituto y en este caso los recursos producto de la venta se destinarán a financiar programas de bienestar social de los empleados del mismo. El Director del Instituto, mediante reglamentación destinará dichas partidas a los diferentes programas de Bienestar Social.
