La Condecoración De La Orden "del Mérito Sanitario José Fernández Madrid", Se Conferirá Preferencialmente Al Personal De Sanidad De Las Fuerzas Militares, Sin Embargo, Podrá Conferirse A Personal De Otra Actividad Al Servicio De Las Mismas Fuerzas, Siempre Y Cuando Haya Prestado Servicios Meritorios A La Sanidad, Que Lo Hagan Acreedor A Éste Honor

La Condecoración de la Orden "Del Mérito Sanitario José Fernández Madrid", se conferirá preferencialmente al personal de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Militares, sin embargo, podrá conferirse a personal de otra actividad al servicio de las mismas Fuerzas, siempre y cuando haya prestado servicios meritorios a la Sanidad, que lo hagan acreedor a éste honor.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de Empleados Públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y particulares se condecorarán conservando la jerarquía establecida en el Artículo N 59.
