Artículo tercero. Las sumas consignadas en el Banco de la República, por razón de las importaciones a que se refiere este Decreto, serán trasladadas a la cuenta del Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario del Ministerio de Agricultura en la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero (Subcuenta "Fomento de la Materia Prima").
