Requisitos de trámite. Para tramitar aprovechamiento forestal único de bosques naturales ubicados en terrenos de dominio público se requiere, por lo menos, que el interesado presente ante la Corporación en cuya jurisdicción se encuentre el área objeto de aprovechamiento:

Solicitud formal;

Estudio técnico que demuestre una mejor aptitud de uso del suelo diferente forestal;

Plan de aprovechamiento forestal, incluyendo la destinación de los productos forestales y las medidas de compensación.
