La presente Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga la Ley 42 de 1923; el Decreto-ley 911 de 1932; la ley 58 de 1946; el Decreto-ley 3219 de 1953; la Ley 151 de 1959; el Decreto 1060 de 1960; la Ley 20 de 1975; artículos 2.4.13.2.25, 2.4.13.4.4 del Decreto 2505 de 1991 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
