Artículo único. Facúltase al Alcalde de Bogotá para crear empleos, proveerlos, suspenderlos, señalarles asignaciones y funciones precisas, suprimirlos y refundirlos dentro de las partidas asignadas para personal en el presupuesto vigente, con el fin de reorganizar técnica y económicamente la Administración Municipal. Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y publíquese.
