º . Servicios educativos a población desplazada por la violencia . Las Entidades Territoriales según su órbita de competencia deberán garantizar la prestación del servicio público de la educación en los niveles de preescolar, básica y media, en donde quiera que se ubiquen las poblaciones desplazadas por la violencia, tanto en la etapa de atención humanitaria como en la de retorno o reubicación.
