º La Junta dictará su propio reglamento, creará los empleados para el despacho de sus asuntos, los que no podrán exceder de un Contador y dos Escribientes. Tales empleados serán de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta, la que les fijará sus funciones y remuneración, para la cumplida ejecución de la Ley.
