Art. 290. El Juez con citación del respectivo agente del ministerio público y de la persona o personas que haya de litigar que se tendrá como parte en este juicio, lo recibirá a prueba, por un término que no exceda de ocho días, más el de la distancia de ida y vuelta donde se hayan de evacuar las pruebas. Este término es improrrogable.
