El suministro de materiales y elementos a las distintas dependencias departamentales, que debe hacer la Proveeduría, estará en todo sometido a las apropiaciones de los acuerdos de gastos. Por consiguiente ningún pedido de tales elementos será atendido por el Proveedor sin constatar que los fondos son suficientes para cubrir el valor del gasto que se ocasiona.
