Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora deberán pagar a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, por concepto de la solicitud de licencia para transmitir programas informativos o periodísticos de cualquier índole, una suma equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales diarios.
