De La Asistencia Técnica

Decreto 775 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos III, V, VI, VII y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, sobre uso y manejo de plaguicidas.

De la asistencia técnica. Toda empresa aplicadora de plaguicidas en edificaciones, vehículos, productos, área pública, área agrícola, pecuaria y forestal, deberá contar con la asistencia técnica de un profesional que acredite título universitario y capacitación y entrenamiento específicos, quien debe estar inscrito en el Servicio Seccional de Salud o la Regional del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, respectivos.

Parágrafo

La asistencia técnica debe estar respaldada por un contrato de asesoría no inferior a 40horas mensuales, según tamaño de la empresa y número de empleados.
