ARTICULO 31 . Supresión de Empleos. - Dentro de los procesos que se lleven a cabo para ejecutar las decisiones de fusionar o reestructurar las entidades a que se refiere este Decreto, las respectivas juntas directivas suprimirán los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos, cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en las respectivas plantas de personal como consecuencia de dichas decisiones.
