Destínase la cantidad de seis mil pesos, que se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia, para atender a los que demande el cumplímiento de esta ley. Esta suma se entregará a una Junta especial compuesta del Gobernador de Santander, que la presidirá, el Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Bucaramanga y un vecino honorable de la misma ciudad, nombrado por el Concejo Municipal.
