ARTICULO 80. Excepciones al retiro por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la Dirección General de la Policía, podrá mantener en servicio activo a aquellos agentes que por sus condiciones y capacidad, puedan ser aprovechados en determinadas actividades.
