Realizadas las obras y ya en servicio de las centrales hidroeléctricas, cuya construcción se ordena por la presente Ley, el Gobierno Nacional podrá vender a las entidades de derecho vinculadas a la empresa las acciones que le correspondan, pero el valor de dichas acciones se destinará íntegramente a la amortización de las deudas que la misma Nación hubiere contraído para tal efecto.
