Salvo la excepción consagrada en el literal c) del artículo 20 de esta ley el empleador está obligado a dar descanso dominical remunerado a todos sus trabajadores. Este descanso tiene duración mínima de veinticuatro (24) horas. (Modificado por el Art. 25 de la Ley 50 de 1990)
