Si las mercancías depositadas estuvieren amenazadas de demérito la Gerencia lo comunicará al interesado en casos urgentes procederá a ejecutar las operaciones y maniobras necesarias para su conservación aún sin avisar a los interesados, levantando un acta ante testigos. Los gastos que con tal motivo se ocasionen serán cubiertos por los interesados.
