Artículo quinto. La inspección ocular se llevará a cabo con intervención de dos (2) peritos, nombrados, uno por el funcionario actuante, y el otro por el Personero Municipal, y dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificació n personal del auto que la ordene a quien haya efectuado la ocupación, cerramiento o perturbación, o a su representante y al Personero Municipal quien podrá intervenir en el proceso. Si no fuere posible hacer la notificación personal, se hará por medio de edicto, que permanecerá fijado en el Despacho de la Alcaldía por el término de diez (10) días.
