Art. 3.° Los empleados mencionados en el artículo 1.°, llevarán un Libro ó Registro en que harán constar las facturas y sobordos que certifiquen en cada día, el buque ó buques á que correspondan y los derechos cobrados, para tomar de allí los datos que deben enviar al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, conforme al artículo siguiente.
