º. Los empleados del Departamento Administratrivo de Seguridad que desempeñen cargos del área operativa no contemplados en el artículo anterior y los Directores Generales de Inteligencia e Investigaciones, los Directores de Protección y Extranjería, el Jefe de la Oficina de Interpol, los Directores y Subdirectores Seccionales, así como los Jefes de División y Unidad que desempeñen funciones operativas y el Delegado ante Comité Permanente tendrán derecho a percibir mensualmente y con carácter permanente una Prima Especial de Riesgo equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de su asignación básica mensual.
