El artículo 993 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 993. Las acciones directas o indirectas provenientes del contrato de transporte prescriben en dos años. El término de prescripción correrá desde el día en que haya concluido o debido concluir la obligación de conducción. Este término no puede ser modificado por las partes.
