º. Administración del Fondo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana. La dirección, administración y ordenación del gasto del Fondo estará a cargo del Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o de quien este delegue. Para efectos de la ejecución de los recursos, deberán atenderse las directrices para la preservación y restablecimiento del orden público en el territorio nacional establecidas por el Consejo Superior de Seguridad y Defensa Nacional y el Consejo Técnico Nacional de Inteligencia.
