La dirección nacional de higiene presentará sus conclusiones al Ministro del ramo, para que, según se estime conveniente, sea elevado a actos del Gobierno, o para que el Ministro las aprueba o impruebe, bajo su responsabilidad.
Los Directores Departamentales de Higiene tendrán voz en las respectivas Asamblea Departamentales cuando se trate en ellas de asuntos relaciones con la Higiene.
