Si al decretarse la orden de prestar alimentos los sueldos, pensiones o prestaciones sociales se encontraren ya embargados, la orden se hará efectiva inmediatamente por la diferencia entre la cantidad embargada y el cincuenta por ciento de que trata el artículo 76 de la Ley 83 de 1946 , dejando a salvo en todo caso el privilegio que reconoce el artículo 33 de la presente Ley.
