Régimen de transición. Teniendo en cuenta los ajustes que deberán realizar las entidades del sector financiero para incorporar en sus procesos internos la nueva definición de microempresa a la que se refiere el artículo 12 del presente decreto, dicho artículo entrará en vigencia, a partir del 31 de marzo de 2020.
