En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artítulo 25 de la Ordenanza 5ª de 1946, se considera en suspenso durante el presente periodo fiscal, todo gasto autorizado por ordenanzas anteriores que no se hubiere dotado de apropiación en el presupuesto, salvo las excepciones que en este mismo Decreto se establezcan.
