º . Los aspirantes a ser representantes de los empleados en la Comisión de Personal deberán acreditar las siguientes calidades: 6.1. No haber sido sancionados disciplinariamente durante el año anterior a la fecha de la inscripción de la candidatura; y 6.2. Ser empleados de carrera administrativa.
