Autorícese al Ministerio de Salud y de la Protección Social, para transferir a título gratuito al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia o quien haga sus veces, el dominio y titularidad del edificio Cudecom, ubicado en la calle 19 N° 14-21 de Bogotá D.C., identificado con los linderos que reposan en la Escritura Pública número 1457 del veinticinco (25) de mayo de 1977 de la Notaría Segunda de Bogotá de propiedad del extinto Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
