Artículo único. Prorrógase hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 1905 el período de vigencia de los Presupuestos nacionales de Rentas y Gastos del bienio económico de 1901 y 1902, para los efectos de que trata el artículo 20 de la Ley 33 de 1892 .
