Para Efectos Del Artículo Anterior, Se Tendrán En Cuenta Las Distancias En Línea Recta De Los Sitios Entre Los Cuales Se Establezca La Respectiva Comunicación

° Para efectos del artículo anterior, se tendrán en cuenta las distancias en línea recta de los sitios entre los cuales se establezca la respectiva comunicación. En caso de duda, respecto a la distancia exacta en kilómetros entre dos lugares, la Empresa se atendrá a lo que dictamine el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.

Parágrafo

Cualquier fracción adicional de kilómetros se aproximará a la unidad inmediatamente siguiente si excede de los 500 metros, y a la unidad inmediatamente anterior, en caso contrario.
