º Si dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha del presente Decreto, se formularen propuestas que se superpongan parcial o totalmente a las que actualmente cursan en el Ministerio y que no hayan sido aceptadas, habrá lugar a la aplicación de los dos artículos anteriores. También se aplicarán en el caso de propuestas sin aceptar formuladas antes del Decreto, cualquiera que sea el lapso de presentación existente entre la primera y las que se superpongan.
