Los recursos de la participación de los municipios en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación, a que hace referencia la Ley 60 de 1992, artículo 21 numeral 6o., se destinarán en forma prioritaria a financiar, como mínimo, los costos de los servicios personales de los profesionales y técnicos intermedios que conformen la Unidad Municipal de Asistencia Técnica Agropecuaria, sea ésta por contrato o por planta.
