Quórum deliberatorio y decisorio en la Junta Directiva. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría simple con la presencia y el voto afirmativo de al menos tres de los miembros principales, siempre que concurran a la reunión al menos cuatro directores principales. En la Junta Directiva no podrá existir una mayoría cualquiera formada por personas que estén ligadas entre sí por matrimonio o por parentesco dentro del tercer grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad o primero civil.
