Artículo undécimo. A la empresa que expidiere tarjetas de turismo sin ajustarse a las disposiciones de este Decreto y en especial a lo dispuesto en el articulo 9º, le será cancelada la licencia para expedir dichas tarjetas. Además, si en el incumplimiento de esta obligación por parte de la empresa se comprobare malicia o negligencia culposa, se le hará efectiva la responsabilidad a que hubiere lugar. CAPITULO III.
