Art. 1°. Queda cerrada la entrada a los puertos del litoral atlántico de este Departamento para todo buque o vapor procedente de Alemania, Francia e Inglaterra, que haya zarpado del 18, del 22 y del 24 de Agosto próximo pasado, respectivamente, en adelante.
