Liquidación de contratos. Los contratos que con ocasión de la liquidación de la Entidad se terminen, se cedan o traspasen, deberán liquidarse previamente, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 80 de 1993, a más tardar en la fecha prevista para la terminación del proceso liquidatorio, previa apropiación y disponibilidad presupuestal.
