°. Otorgamiento de la Orden del Mérito Hernando Agudelo Villa. La Orden del Mérito Hernando Agudelo Villa, será otorgada por el Gobierno nacional a través de un decreto, con fundamento en el estudio que de manera previa realice el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo previo concepto de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Parágrafo

No se requerirá, para el otorgamiento de dicha distinción, ningún requisito adicional.
