La importación de vehículos automotores usados que se lleve a efecto conforme a la reglamentación especial que para ella dicte el Gobierno, estará sujeta a las mismas reglas que se apliquen a los nuevos en materia de listas de prohibida importación y de impuesto de giros, y el respectivo gravamen arancelario se liquidará sobre el valor real de la importación que se establezca conforme a la misma reglamentación aquí prevista.
