° Los funcionarios del Ministerio Público que no opten por el régimen establecido en el Decreto 54 del 7 de enero de 1993, tendrán derecho a un incremento del 2.5% sobre la asignación básica mensual, que tenian a 31 de diciembre de 1992, sin perjuicio de los incrementos decretados por el Gobierno Nacional para el año de 1993. Este incremento surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 1993.
