º . Plazos para el envío de certificaciones. Si la certificación de que trata el artículo 2º del presente decreto no es recibida en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en el plazo establecido en el mismo artículo, este Ministerio enviará un requerimiento a la entidad territorial. Si no se presenta la certificación en el nuevo plazo señalado en el requerimiento, que no podrá ser superior a diez días, se considerará que no se han cumplido las condiciones señaladas por la ley y se distribuirán los recursos sin incluir esta entidad territorial.
