En caso de venta voluntaria o forzada de los bienes constituidos en garantías prendarías, el producto de ellas se distribuirá en la forma y orden siguientes:

1º Pago de los gastos judiciales por el depósito administración y remate de tales bienes, incluidos los salarios y sueldos;

Pago de los impuestos fiscales que se adeudaron sobre los mismos bienes,

Pago do los intereses y del capital del préstamo o préstamos en el orden de su inscripción.
