º . Fusión. De conformidad con el artículo 35 de la Ley 99 de 1993, fusiónase la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Putumayo, CAP, con la Corporación para el Desarrollo Sostenible del Sur de la Amazonia, Corpoamazonia. En consecuencia Corpoamazonia asumirá los derechos y obligaciones que estaban en cabeza de la CAP.
