Término para dictar sentencia. Presentadas las conclusiones por las partes, el Juez decretara un receso de la audiencia por el término de dos días para elaborar la sentencia. Vencido este se reanudara y se proferir, el fallo que corresponda que se entenderá notificado a todas las partes en ese mismo acto. Cuando fueron varios los procesados, solo se aplicara este procedimiento si respecto de todos ellos concurriere cualquiera de las circunstancias que lo determinen.
