º El patrimonio de los clubes con deportistas profesionales estará constituido además de los fondos y bienes de que trata el artículo 29 del Decreto 380 de 1985, por las aportaciones de los afiliados y las participaciones o rendimientos que puedan obtener como promotores u organizadores del espectáculo que realicen. Los aportes en especie serán avaluados y aprobados por el órgano de administración, antes de su transferencia al club.
