L as compañías transportadoras nacionales o extranjeras que incumplan las disposiciones de este Decreto, serán obligadas a transportar de regreso al turista al lugar de origen, deberán pagar multa sucesiva hasta por el valor de quinientos salarios mínimos legales mensuales y se les podrá suspender la licencia de funcionamiento por la entidad competente, a solicitud del Director de la Oficina de Control de Circulación y Residencia.
