Los intereses de mora que los Departamentos, los Municipios y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá tengan derecho a percibir por concepto de cualquier impuesto, en ningún caso podrán exceder del 2 1/2% por cada mes o fracción de mes sobre los saldos exigibles.
