° Derógase el Decreto 633 de 1993. En consecuencia, aquellas solicitudes de devolución y/o compensación de impuestos que hubieran sido suspendidas en desarrollo de lo allí dispuesto, deberán continuar su trámite correspondiente, atendiendo a lo dispuesto en el estatuto Tributario. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de los criterios que se establezcan al respecto a través del Comité de Supervisión de Devoluciones de que trata el presente Decreto.
