ARTICULO 20 . CONCEPTO GOBERNADORES O ALCALDES. Los informes sobre desempeño en el cargo a que se refiere el numeral 6 del artículo 16 de la Ley 62 de 1993, deberán ser solicitados por la autoridad evaluadora al respectivo gobernador o alcalde. Dichos informes se deben referir exclusivamente a la idoneidad profesional del Comandante de Policía.
