Fijase en 60 días el término dentro del cual estén los pagadores presentar legalizados los gastos hechos por anticipación, i si pasado dicho término no hubieren verificado la legalización, la oficina jeneral de cuentas procederá a lo de su cargo en los términos indicados por el artículo 53 de la lei orgánica de la hacienda nacional; a no ser que la falta proceda del ordenador, en cuyo caso deberá aplicarse el artículo 58 de la misma leí.
